Job Description
Content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place.
有名ソーシャルネットワーキング動画サイトのコンテンツに対するコンテンツ管理業務。
安全で楽しいオンライン環境を確実にするために利用者のアップする動画内容を確認し会社の規約に反している内容がないかを確認していただきます。
違反として確認されたものに関しては掲載設定や削除などをし優れたカスタマーサービスを提供します。
Primary Job Functions:
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• The person will be responsible for reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of our Client’s terms of services.
• The contents cover Nudity, Hate Speech, Bullying, Self-Harm, Gore and Harassment. Ensure every piece of content in violation of client’s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner.
• The objective for the Operations Analyst is to fulfill the base productivity and quality requirements of the client.
