Job description and responsibilities:
-2+ years’ relevant experience in a training or similar role, working closely with operations to prioritize the training efforts while providing timely and high quality services
-Relevant experience in choosing the relevant training methods, preparing training material and aids, conduct classroom and web based training sessions.
-Relevant experience at conducting pre and post training evaluation and managing the training calendar with a methodical and well-planned approach.
-Relevant experience in conducting presentations and use both audio-visual aids as and when required.
-Relevant experience in introducing different learning principles and ability to provide industry relevant examples and case studies.
-Relevant experience in capturing and reporting training effectiveness using tools and aids that project the effectiveness of the trainings.
-Familiarity with training tools and training equipment to ensure effective training sessions.
-Understand training & coaching methodologies and be able to implement then as and when required.
-Excellent computer & reporting skills. (Knowledge of training software is a plus)
-Working closely with operations and other relevant departments to prioritize efforts and share process improvement details by providing timely and high quality service.
