What you be doing:The Lead Generation Specialist would primarily be required to manage calls in order qualify target companies for sales opportunities.- Lead generation via inbound and outbound calls, inbound chats, emails and web responses accurately executing campaigns through CRM activities- Demonstrates effective call handling by successfully solving customer issues and challenges- Support and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns for the Japan regionWhat we need from you:- Must be willing to work in Malaysia- Possess experience in sales/marketing- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Japanese- Determination and the drive to work towards targets- Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
