详细工作内容
The opportunity has arisen for energetic and adaptable Human Resource practitioner to join a brand new dynamic team, based in Selangor to support their team in Japan.
Working closely with your team leader, you will be tasked with delve into and analyse each case that is brought before you and advise the team on the appropriate action to be taken. You will build a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders, proactively improving the effectiveness of the department to ensure delivery in line with the overall SSC strategy.
You will also need to be a strong communicator, able to manage the expectations of your stakeholders in Japan. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the set-up and devolvement of a new Shared Service offering in a young and dynamic organisation.
