Working closely with your team leader, you will be tasked with driving bringing in young talents with specific skills to form the workforce the company.
You will be responsible for the day to day recruitment operations, working alongside your team and liaising with both your stakeholders in various countries to ensure the pipeline of talent is constantly flowing through. You will build a strong working relationship with your stakeholders, proactively contributing to growth opportunities to ensure delivery in line with the overall company strategy.
You will need to be a strong communicator in Japanese, able to manage the expectations of your stakeholders in Japan.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the set-up of a new offices and business. A challenging role, this post will suit a hands-on and energetic candidate who is able to cope with ambiguity and works well under pressure.
