➢ Create and direct artwork
➢ Generate and translate contents
➢ Liaise with other departments for contents checking and info distribution
➢ Liaise with NP Brunei for the productions of promotional materials

➢ Update and upload info/posters
➢ Monitor and assist branch and NP Brunei Facebook page
➢ To arrange Facebook Live for events
Tours / Events / Seminars
➢ Create, distribute and manage event schedule / roster / rundown
➢ Decorate the venue with decorations related to events
➢ Create Power Point for Managing Director and others
➢ Assist with tour inspection, arrangement and activities
➢ Take photos and videos
Photos and Videos editing / compiling
➢ Edit photos and make videos
Salon Decorations
➢ Decorate salon according to festive season, events and campaigns
➢ Update achievers board
Translation / Interpretation
➢ Translate and interpret email from JP to EN and vice versa
➢ Assist meeting in Japanese by interpreting from JP to EN and vice versa
➢ Interpreting speech of Managing Director and others
Merchandises
➢ Research and design merchandises for events and campaigns
➢ Liaise with supplier for quotations, productions and delivery
