详细工作内容
Job Description :-
• To ensure smooth run of all machines without failure in operation and minimized break down times.
• Respond immediately and troubleshoot when machine breakdowns.
• To develop improvement strategies for the purpose of improve unplanned downtime.
• To establish and maintain preventive maintenance program as well as work order system on all equipments.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Ensure documentations, equipment manuals, reports and technical drawings are updated and maintained accordingly.
• Manage and ensure all spare parts control meet with minimum stock availability.
• Continuously review, create and maintain maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with other cross function team to ensure optimum operation of equipments.
• Ensure all maintenance work are carried out with appropriate safety precautions taken by compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and requirements.
• Liase with contractors/ suppliers/customers for any repair and maintainance if necessary.
• Liase with government bodies which relevant when necessary.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Job Requirements: -
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/P/Professional Degree in Electrical Engeneering/ or related field.
• Well versed in Environmental Quality Act 1974.(Act 127) Rules and Regulations.
• Required language(s): Japanese (N1 / N2), Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess knowledge of use, design and maintainanace of machines and tools.
• Have good knowledge and hands on experience in production process and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) as well as Mechatronic Knowledge
• Good in computer skills, communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Maintenance & Repair Engineering.
