详细工作内容
• Owns and manages L2 email related request and troubleshooting as well as Lync/Skype issue
• Owns and manages the messaging security infrastructure of Japan (Proofpoint)
• Owns and manages SMTP infrastructure of Japan (Post.Office)
• Owns and manages KMS service of Japan
• Work with global Messaging and Collaboration team for enhancements, changes, incidents of O365, On-premises Exchange, Lync/Skype.
Technical Experience
• Experience: 4 years experience in the following:
O365 Mail, OneDrive, OneNote, Proofpoint, Lync/Skype, Box,, AirWatch, SMTP, Savvy
Professional Attributes
• Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
• Willing to work on shift
