Work details
What you need to do:
Provide lead generation service through chat channel to the visitors in the websites.
Establish first contact with prospects via inbound chat
- Lead generation through pre-sales discussions with potential prospects
- Provide basic guidance and product information or redirect to the right support team
- Assign leads to the correct team members responsible for these prospect
What we need from you:
- Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia
- Possess experience in sales/marketing
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Japanese
- Determination and the drive to work towards targets
- Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
