Work details

Key Responsibilities:
 
Ensure most recent and accurate data available on cardholder accounts
Update cardholder account information when necessary
Review, analyze and process account maintenance requests from cardholder or other internal stakeholders
Replying by written correspondence in Japanese / English to cardholder requests.
