Responsibilities:
Day to day operations in service management:Manage all incoming PTP related employee and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (phone, e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)Analyse queries and aim for end to end query resolution in line with service levels and Customer satisfactionTake ownership and Coordinate issue resolution across streams if requiredMonitor and follow-up on parked queriesInform the user after final resolutionProvide guidance to internal employees for all systems (AskMe, SAP, SRM, Service management tool)Support users in workflows and approvalsSupport and follow up on PO OutputSupport and follow up on PO AcknowledgementResponsible for GR MonitoringCommunicate with internal and external partners by phone, email, instant messaging and ServiceManagement ToolYour professional profile includes:
University degree or College DiplomaFluency in English and an additional ASEAN language with the ability to read, write and speak will be an advantage.Professional experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement within an international environmentBroad understanding of business and PTP policies, process and work instructionsSoftware skills: Broad knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM, FI, PM, MM), Procurement tools (Catalogue)and workflows, advanced knowledge of MS officeStrong service management and communication skillsGood data entry/ typing speed
