【Job Scope】
*The Customer Service Executive plays a key role in assuring the customer service delivery to our customers.
*Email and telephone support to our customers.
*The primary purpose of this role is to receive queries and complaints from customers.
*Work with regional/local supplier regarding accommodation.
*Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
【Requirement】
· Excellent customer service skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking.
· Experienced in objection handling.
· Self-starter who can work with direction but little supervision.
· Team builder. Recognise the importance of the team.
· Willingness to go beyond the job descript
