The Job you will be responsible for:Reporting to sales manager.Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Buidling long- term relationships with new and existing customers.Setting specfic, measurable and achievable goals and objectives.Arranging business meeting with prospective clients.

The ProfilePossess a mininum of JLPT N2, and the ability to liaise with Japanese clients and colleagues on a daily basis.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.Required skill(s): Business developement, Sales, Recruiting, Customer ServiceRequired language(s): Japanese and EnglishAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
