Job Roles :
- Deliver excellent customer service and managing high volume of client's complaints and inquiries
- Liaise with different head of units in customer service department
- Meeting individual KPIs and goals
- Provide prompt solutions and able to react fast in fast paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Well versed in Japanese and English Language
- Positive personal traits - good attitude. patient, attentiveness, empathy and etc
- Willing to work rotational shift 24/7
- Able to work during public holidays and weekends
