Work details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Japanese market team
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to customers promptly
- Involve in recruitment of call centre agents
Requirement:
- Able to read and speak in Japanese and English.
- Able to work on shift, including night shift
- Experienced as a Team Lead preferably in Customer Service BPO or any other related field minimum 2 years.
