Work details
Descriptions:
-Handles incoming calls, emails and chats
-Maintain relationships with other departments to assist with customer inquiries
-Escalates difficult queries to the appropriate team
-Content writing for Japanese marketing campaign
-Analyze the report and review customer interactions
-Monitor social media for discussion
-Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-Flexible work hours as weekend, holiday and night work may be required in this position
-Good organization and multi-tasking skills
-Experience in Microsoft Office Suite as well as basic Internet applications
