What we are seeking:
Description:
• To align with business unit on overall HR function while implementing the Line-of-Business (LOB) HR and business agenda.
• To build and maintain positive relationships with the LOB leadership team and other internal / external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate, incl. talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Assists LOB with assessing skills of emerging succession plan. Evaluates training needs and works with Training Department to meet the needs.
• Good understanding of business strategy and deliver HR policies and strategy within the LOB.
• Be the engagement ambassador for the LOB to plan and implement monthly and yearly engagement calendar.
• Manage HR operation and administrative support: e.g. confirmation, increment, promotion, policy implementation and other HR communication.
• Managing exit process (Exit interview) and update payroll team on the timeliness of last payment to the resigned staff.
• Liaise with department managers on staff contract renewal and permit renewal/expiry documentations.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in a business partnering role
• Candidate with experience in a start-up/hyper growth environment would be preferred.
• Candidates fluent in Japanese is preferred as role requires heavy interaction with Japanese speaking employees.

人事施策の企画に取り組むとともに、個別の事業部門のパートナーとして人事課題へのソリューションを提言し、実行まで行っていただきます。
具体的な業務としては、LOBリーダーシップ・チームおよびその他の社内外の利害関係者と良好な関係を構築し維持に努める、トレーニング部署との連携、各種日本語での問い合わせ対応、エンゲージメント・アンバサダーとして、月次および年次のエンゲージメント・カレンダーを計画および実施、人事採用部署の各責任者のサポート、退職プロセスの管理および退職した従業員への最終支払の適時性に関するアップデートを給与計算チームへ報告、スタッフの契約更新および更新/有効期限の文書について部門マネージャーへ確認を取り実行などが想定されます。人事としての実業務だけではなく、人事制度の在り方について企画・戦略の立案などを行っていただきます。
対象となる方
•いずれの分野においても、学士・修士・専門職学位以上を有すること
•ビジネス・パートナー(HRBP)としての役割における3年以上の実務経験を有すること
•スタートアップ/急成長環境での経験を持っていると望ましい
•日本語:ネイティブ
•英語:コミュニケーションレベル
Salary: 給与:RM8000~10000 「Negotiable Depends on your skill set and experience」
