Production Engineer

Job Description:-
~Assist to supervise production workers and ensure products are manufactured in conformance with production schedule, quality and standards.
~Supervise and lead the efficiency and effectiveness of production section but not limited to processes, equiments and human capital.
~Ensure the records are properly maintained and updated as per ISO procedures.
~To collaborate with QC/QA department on any quality failure and ensure proper action taken to improve on the defects.
~To develop and improve on production plan, work instruction, procedure and processes where necessary.
~To ensure the safety environment and house keeping in working place.
~Recommend the procesess improvement to enhance product capacity and product quality.
~To continuosly look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production department by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way.
~Assist in preparing the necessary daily,weekly and monthly reports.
~Define issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks in production.


Job Requirements:-
~Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post
Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
~Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese
~At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
~Required Skill(s): production process, lean manufacturing, communication, plannning, leadership, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
~Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent.
~Knowledge in production process and japanese speaker is preferable.
