Work details
To facilitate the implementation and creation of process improvement activity.
Identify and develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with team.
Lead the process improvement projects with utilizing the process improvement tools, methodologies and techniques.
Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working for delivery of better value and greater efficiency.
Actively monitor project and proactively identify solutions to address the production process.
To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
The Person:-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): production process, lean manufacturing, sig sixma, communication, problem solving, plannning, leadership, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent.
Knowledge in production process and japanese speaker is preferable.
