Work details
~To plan, implement and control the production schedule and ensure output quality and quantity are meet the standards and target.
~To lead, manage and optimize the resources utilization through effective production processes and control.
~To constantly look into improving productivity and reducing rejects, waste and downtimes in production.
~To monitor product standards and implementing quality control system.
~Implement continuous improvement activities through cost reduction programs.
~Work with Top Management to implement the company's policy in order to achieve company goals and enforced company rules and regulations.
~Ensuring that safety & health guidelines are followed and implemented.
~To supervise, motivate, provide leadership & development to the production staffs as required to achieve the objectives.
~To track competencies & reviewing the performance of subordinates and recommend staff for training.
~Prepare and maintain all the reports and the ability to work within the timeframe.
~Plans and control the manpower requirements to effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets.
~Ensure effectiveness of collaboration and co-ordination with others departments.
~Update and report regularly on the production activities and plan to Top Management / HQ Japan.
~Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Top Management.
Job Requirements:-
~Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering , Business Studies/Management/Operations, or equivalent.
~Proficient languages in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Japanese speaking (N2) is a must due to job requirement.
~At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the precision rubber manufacturing field.
~Strong in analytical and managerial skills, process improvement and leadership skill.
