Work details
Job Descriptions:
• To handle all inquiries regarding travel & tour related issues (bookings, flights reservations, cancellations, refunds, etc.) via calls, emails, and chats.
• To handle a high volume of customer and client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Must demonstrate a significant level of integrity and confidentiality - always maintain the privacy of consumer information.
• Achieve KPI and SLA, report to Team Leader(s) and Manager.
Requirements:
• Proficient in written & spoken English + Excellent Japanese (N1 proficiency for non-natives)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service industry / Airlines / Tourism & Hospitality (for Diploma holder)
• Able to work on rotational shifts
Working hours:
• Rotational shifts
• 5 days a week + 2 days off
• 9 hours a day (incl. 1 hour break)
