This job posting is for a customer support executive position
The job can be done remotely until the visa is issued, and the office is located in Malaysia.

Over 2,800 multinational employees work at the Malaysia office, and around 300 Japanese employees are actively working there.
Job Description.
The customer support executive will respond to inquiries from customers through phone calls, emails, and chats.
The company offers a chance to grow rapidly and advance in one's career quickly. After joining, the new hires will receive a month-long training session in Japanese on various inquiry handling methods and system usage.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
【Salary and Benefits】
• Monthly salary of 9,000 Malaysian Ringgit, approximately 276,000 yen. (*1 Malaysian Ringgit = 30.70 yen as of January 30, 2023).
