- Perform support and concierge type liaison to an assigned customer portfolio.
- Provide assistance to facilitate the growth of the portfolio through its digital lifecycle.
- Provide IT customer support via email, phone and chat.
- Involve in customer service, linking customers and internal resources, engagement, consultancy and support.
- Maintain good relationship & positive engagement with customers.
- Excellent in speaking, writing and reading of both English and Japanese (Native/ Business level) languages. - - - Independent & customer friendly
