Work details
ORDER TO CASH
- Generate new & existing invoice / credit note and perform reconciliation and refund to customer
- Perform invoice and credit note approval in the accounting system
- Perform Inter-company reconciliation and settlement
- Prepare journal entries for Account Receivable collections, update all receivables and reconcile allocation of sub ledger in accounting system
- Prepare Accounts Receivable reports as required by Management
- Set up or make amendments to Master Data File
COMPLIANCE
- Ensure adherence to agreed guidelines and procedures
- Monitor the generic emails and shared folders
- Liaise with team members and location counterpart on issues / queries pertaining to the assigned tasks
- Provide support to other team members as and when required
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Develop skills / competences by sharing the knowledge with other team members and participating to offered training sessions.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Contribute process and technical expertise to process improvement initiative
- Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements
