Work details
This role will be responsible for performing agreed scope of transaction processing to the countries by work closely with the Country operations, controlling and shared services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Undertake a range of operational activities associated with PTP for the respective countries including invoice management, payment processing, supplier management, billing etc.
• Regular engagement with country teams and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes.
• Address and resolve queries and escalations from the countries in a timely basis with minimised financial risk.
• Remain up to date and comply with relevant policies, controls, thresholds and guides.
• Works with their team lead and Business Process Owners (process specialists) to embed process changes, improvements and address any gaps.
• Provide regular updates to the team lead on process completion and any escalations.
• Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management.
• Provide input into the continuous improvement agenda by providing documented ideas to improve quality and efficiency.
