We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role at an end to end recruitment process management
Experience in managing an end to end recruitment process
Excellent communicator who can adapt to different audiences
Experience with recruiting tools (Workday is a plus)
Experience in approaching passive candidates with direct search methods
Excellent cooperation skills
Getting things done attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
Fluent in Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing
Deliver best in class talent acquisition services from briefing to offering to the HR communities and business managers while providing an excellent candidate experience
Collaborate with other HR stakeholders to perform high-quality end to end recruitment processes, from briefing and consulting with hiring managers up to closing the hire
