Compensation & Benefits: -
ï¬ Manage outsourced payroll provider and administer a monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
ï¬ Handle any payroll-related queries from employees, and escalate the matter to HR Manager if necessary.
ï¬ Prepare necessary documents, reports & payment requisition forms for payroll, pension, employee benefits, insurances, time & attendance system, and any other HR-related payments, in a timely manner in order to ensure all payments are processed in time
ï¬ Tax audit matters payroll-related
ï¬ Review and analyse current employee benefits and propose any enhancement.
HR Operation
Review & monitor current HR processes and work with other departments if necessary to make a continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence
Review & monitor current documentation practice to make sure they are in line with up-to-date legal & SOX requirements
Prepare and send necessary documents to new joiners/leavers in a timely manner, and make sure they submit necessary paperwork to HR
Coordinate induction process to ensure an efficient and effective induction for all new joiners.
Training & Development, and Organizational Development
Assist HR Manager with organizing and hosting workshops/training events/team building events/health initiative events etc
Contribute to launching new HR initiatives to create High Performing Culture at Tupperware Japan
Collect feedback from training attendees and assist HR Manager with the analyses of the data in order to assess effectiveness of training sessions and improve them further.
HRIS
Maintain up-to-date databases for Benefit One, Attendance record (CVIElite), Payroll Pro, Insurances, Pension, Workday (global HR system)
Maintain and update HR documents (Employee list, Emergency list, Birthday list, each employees’ Bio)
Update organizational charts on regular basis to ensure it reflects the most recent organization structure
Produce monthly reports on overtime hours and any other reports requested
Filling and copying documents.

Requirements : -
• University graduate or equivalent (HR related subjects preferred , but not essential)
• Experience and understanding of HR administration (Must)
• More than 5 years’ experience of managing outsourced payroll provider & payroll related administration (Must)
• Experience of tax audit for payroll-related (Must)
• Knowledge of lobar law and tax regulation in Japan (Must)
• Proficient at Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Must)
• Bilingual in Japanese and English (Japanese: Fluent or Bilingual, English: professional)
• Understanding of Japanese payroll
• Understanding of Japanese labour law
• Ability to Juggle and prioritize multiple tasks/needs
• Attention to details and thoroughness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can do attitude and desire to develop career in HR
